Store credit is added instantly once processed. Cash is available by e-transfer or in-store.
How to Submit Your Buylist
The following is a step-by-step guide to using the Buylist Tool:
1. Choose Your Payment Type
Select Store Credit or Cash at the start of your submission.
- Store Credit: Added to your account once processed.
- Cash: Paid by e-transfer (Canadian banks) or in-store.
2. Search and Add Cards
Type in each card and select the exact version (correct set, promo, variant, foiling, etc.).
Choose one store location only (Bathurst, Moncton, Saint John, or Fredericton). Repeat for every card.
3. Submit Your List
Once all cards are added, click “Submit Buylist” at the bottom. Read the popup instructions carefully.
4. Wait for Our Confirmation
We will email you within 24–48 hours with final approval and pricing. Prices may be adjusted after staff review — please wait for our confirmation email before dropping off or shipping your cards.

We highly recommend using tracked shipping. Lost packages are the sender’s responsibility.
Once we receive your cards, we will verify the condition, edition, and pricing. Store credit will be added to your account once finalized. Cash is paid in-store or by e-transfer in 1-3 business days. Processing time depends on the current trade-in queue.
FAQ
- Cash Payments — E-transfer (Canadian banks only)
- Foreign Cards — English editions only
- Pricing Accuracy — All submissions are reviewed by staff. Final prices may differ from the estimates shown in the Buylist Tool.
- Unaccepted Cards — Held for 90 days. You are responsible for picking them up.
- High-End Cards — Limited printings may require manual pricing. Contact us.
- Cancellations — Buylists not received within 14 days may be cancelled.
- Bulk Rates — $0.10 per bulk rare | $0.25 per bulk mythic | $3 per 1,000 commons/uncommons (no basics, tokens, or energy)
