Canada Post Service Disruption

Please be advised that there is currently a possibility of a postal service disruption. In this case, all letter mail shipments from Gamezilla.ca will be on hold until mail is again being delivered by Canada Post. Once strikes have ended, we will automatically resume shipments of all on-hold customer orders. Orders cannot be cancelled while on hold without paying a cancellation fee. If an order is already with Canada Post, we cannot retrieve it or issue refunds for delays.


Singles Shipping Option

Card single orders sent by Canada Post Letter Mail shipping are not guaranteed and could be lost by Canada Post as there is no tracking available for this shipping option. GameZilla is not responsible for lost shipments using this method. For guaranteed shipping options, please choose a Tracked Bubble Mailer or Parcel shipping option at checkout. The order will be upgraded to Expedited Shipping for free. 


Multi-Store Singles Orders

When ordering items from multiple cities (location found in the 'condition' section of card singles), please expect longer processing/transfer times. In-store pickup orders will be transferred between shops at no extra cost every 1-2 weeks, and you will receive a pickup email when they have arrived. 

When ordering items from different cities in one order (Letter Mail, Bubble Mailer, Parcel), all items will need to be combined into one store for shipping. Please keep in mind this may add another 1-2 weeks to shipping times. If you would like to avoid delays, please place orders from different cities separately.
